Anger and it’s troubles! A 24-year-old man, Kazeem Fagbenro, was on Wednesday arraigned before an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for allegedly stabbing Fatai Salako to death.
The accused is facing trial on a count charge of murder. The plea of the accused was not taken.
Prosecuting Corporal Olusegun Kokoye said the offence was committed on March 11 around 12pm at Itowolo village, Ajegunle in Ikorodu.
He alleged that the accused and the deceased had a misunderstanding and that Fagbenro had vowed to deal with the deceased.

Kokoye said the offence contravened Sections 221 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
Magistrate O.O.A. Fowowe-Erusiafe ordered that the accused should be remanded at the Ikoyi Prisons for 30 days, pending an advice from the state’s Director of Public Prosecutions.
