A decomposing body of a man is lying under Goodluck Jonathan Bypass, around 8 Miles, Calabar.
According to CRW who reported this Incident:-
“The body is rotten, swollen and stinking badly. It appears he has been here for over a week, and may have been killed because he has cuts on his hand, part of his head has something that looks like machete cut and it appears the back of his head is open.
He seems to be between the age of 30-40 and he has some grey hair”.
