This is happening LIVE from Venezuela, the country is out of food. The government has been spending all the money they make on subsiding food for the entire country and like every misguided subsidy, it is the rich who have more money to buy just anything they like that benefited more from it.
Now government is short of cash to subsidize food, retail chains are closing down. Nigerians learn oh!
